Pain is one of the most common reasons a patient goes to see a doctor but often this is dismissed or under treated. My philosophy is to optimize pain control using a multi-modal approach in order to improve functional ability and ultimately getting patients back to their lives. This care is delivered with the utmost compassion with the primary focus on creating an individual care plan with, not for, each patient.

"Dr. Jani is the Premiere Pain Management Dr.. I've been with Dr. Jani for a little over two years now. My initial treatment was the result of four (4) spine surgeries. At the recommendation of my Orthopedic Surgeon and seeing Dr. Jani, was for the insertion of a Morphine Pump. Dr. Jani conducted a series of tests to determine if the pump was right for me before the final decision was made. The pump with a catheter that runs directly to my spine has allowed me to; function, walk, pick up my grandchildren again. He has also treated me for Pain Management with my most recent Hip Replacement. It may have seemed like a lot, but we saw each other every month to ensure that the medication he prescribed was applicable to my pain level which he adjusted accordingly. His bed side manor is 2nd to none. I would "highly" recommend Dr. Jani who is with Garden State Pain Management... For those suffering from numerous back surgeries and are unable to preform normal daily functions, I would again recommend Dr. Jani who will take the time to evaluate you and if warranted, prescribe a Morphine Pump, I would highly recommend it and would be willing to speak to any patient who is considering such a move. My hats off to Dr. Jani, Your the best..."

"Dr. Jani and his staff are very professional and caring. I had pain in my legs and back for years and any other doctor never helped me. Went to Dr Jani after the first visit my legs had no more pain. Went back for the second visit and no pain in my back. He is the best. I can now do things I wasn’t able to do for years. Thank you so much Dr Jani."
