These terms apply to your use of the Garden State Medical Center (GSMC) website at gsmedicalcenter.org and to text messages sent from GSMC phone numbers. By using the website you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, and our Disclaimer also applies.

Website use

• The information on this website is for general education and is not medical advice. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Individual results vary.
• Do not use the website or its forms for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
• Please enter accurate information in our forms. Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment until our office contacts you.
• Website content, including text, images and logos, belongs to GSMC or is used with permission. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
• We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

SMS terms

GSMC uses text messages to send office and staff messages, such as schedule updates and internal notices to GSMC staff, and messages to patients who have agreed to receive them.

• Consent: We send texts only to people who have given their mobile number and agreed to receive them. Consent is not a condition of employment or of receiving care.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or call 732-202-3000.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
