Our Freehold office brings Garden State Medical Center's pain care to western Monmouth County. If back, neck, joint or nerve pain is limiting your day, you can see a pain specialist here without driving to the shore.

GSMC is led by Dr. Dharam Mann, who completed fellowships in pain management, cardiac anesthesia and critical care at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard.

Freehold is a focused pain management office. The work here centers on finding the specific source of your pain and treating it with the least invasive option that makes sense.

GSMC does not perform open spine or joint surgery. If a surgical opinion is ever right for you, we'll explain why and help you find a referral.

The office is just off Monmouth Road (Route 537), right near CentraState Medical Center. Head to the 300 Building and go up to the 2nd floor.

If you've had imaging at CentraState or another Monmouth County facility, bring the reports or tell us where it was done. That can help avoid repeat tests.
