Clinical Interests:

Dr. Deepali Gupta completed her medical school training at New York University School of Medicine, where she then pursued her interest in both surgery and anesthesia. After finishing her Anesthesia residency she continued on to complete her fellowship in Pain Management at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital.

Dr. Gupta joined Garden State Medical Center in the summer of 2015. As a Board Certified Anesthesiologist who specializes in Pain Management, she works to treat patients suffering from acute and chronic pain.

Dr. Gupta specializes in the evaluation and management of complex spine-related pain stemming from disorders such as spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, disc herniation, failed back/neck surgeries, as well as joint diseases. She employs the use of a multidisciplinary approach to pain including medication management, procedures aimed at treating neck, back, and joint pain, as well as physical therapy. She has a particular interest in neuromodulation as well as minimally invasive pain interventions. She has several publications including authoring a chapter on the management of cancer pain.
